Captive Audience Cooking

There is no captive audience more in need of good food than those who are in the hospital. Yet the food in most hospitals is notoriously bad. I was stuck in the hospital for 3 nights recently (I’m fine now) and was forced to learn how to game the system in order to get better food. Learn from my experiences in this column from tomorrow’s Frederick News-Post:
